Refunds

How the Overflow Guarantee works, and what happens with everything else.

Last updated 8 October 2026

The 30-Day Overflow Guarantee: Love it, or get your money back and keep it anyway.

Products with the Overflow Guarantee

If a product carries the Overflow Guarantee, its sales page says so. For those products, tell us within 30 days of buying and we’ll refund everything you’ve paid. You keep your access anyway.

If you’re paying in instalments, we refund the payments you’ve made so far and cancel the ones still to come. You won’t be charged again, and you still keep your access.

The 30 days start on the day of your first payment.

How to ask

Email info@rebeccajpage.com or use the contact form, from the email address you bought with if you can. You don’t need to give a reason, though we’re always glad to hear what would have made it better.

We’ll process your refund within 5 working days and email you when it’s done. It goes back to the card or account you paid with. Your bank may take another 5 to 10 working days to show it.

Everything else

If a product’s page sets out its own refund terms, those apply. Otherwise, because our courses, meditations and downloads are digital and available straight away, they can’t be refunded once you’ve opened, watched, listened to or downloaded them.

We will always put things right if something has gone wrong. Tell us if:

  • you can’t open or play what you bought, and we can’t fix it for you,
  • it isn’t what its page described, or
  • you were charged twice, or charged for something you didn’t mean to buy.

We’ll fix it, or refund you if we can’t.

Monthly memberships

If you pay monthly, you can cancel at any time from your account, or by asking us. Cancelling stops future payments. Months already paid for aren’t refunded unless the product’s page says otherwise.

Discounts, credits and bundles

If an earlier purchase was taken off the price of something, or you bought several things together, a refund covers what you actually paid for the product you’re returning.

Your legal rights

When you buy digital content from a UK business, you normally have 14 days to change your mind. That right ends once you start watching, listening or downloading, and at checkout we ask you to agree to start straight away. The Overflow Guarantee, where a product has it, goes further than the law asks.

Nothing on this page affects your legal rights. If digital content is faulty or not as described, you’re entitled to a repair, a replacement or a refund.

Before you contact your bank

Please talk to us first. We answer every message, and a refund from us is quicker for you than a dispute through your bank.
